• the email address connected to your FiloSpace account;
• a short description of what you need;
• the file, folder, job, or share-link identifier where relevant; and
• screenshots with secrets and private content removed, if they help explain the issue.

Never send passwords, access tokens, AWS keys, or private file contents by email.

Use the subject "Privacy request" and describe whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another review. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account. Read the Privacy Policy for regional information.

For a vulnerability, use the subject "Security report" and provide safe reproduction steps. For harmful use or an unlawful share link, use "Abuse report" and include the URL or identifier without redistributing the content. See the Security page and Acceptable Use Policy.
